Positive. With two little lines on a pregnancy test, everything in Lizzy Rollins' ordinary life is about to change forever. And all because of one big mistake in Vegas with Ben Nicholson, the irresistibly sexy bass player for Stage Dive. So what if Ben's the only man she's ever met who can make her feel completely safe, cherished, and out of control with desire at the same time? Lizzy knows the gorgeous rock star isn't looking for anything more permanent than a good time, no matter how much she wishes differently.

Ben knows Lizzy is off limits. Completely and utterly. She's his best friend's little sister now, and no matter how hot the chemistry is between them, no matter how sweet and sexy she is, he's not going to go there. But when Ben is forced to keep the one girl he's always had a weakness for out of trouble in Sin City, he quickly learns that what happens in Vegas, doesn't always stay there. Now he and Lizzie are connected in the deepest way possible...but will it lead to a connection of the heart?

Kylie Scott is one of those authors that can create magic the minute she puts pen to paper. The Stage Dive Series is a favourite of mine. I loved reading everything about all the men in Stage Dive. They all have a dynamic relationship and it all creates such scintillating stories and fantasies. I am sorry to say this final instalment fell short for me.

We're given the story of the last single man in Stage Dive, our very own enigmatic Ben Nicholson. As the blurb says he's "the irresistibly sexy bass player for Stage Dive." Oh yes he is!

Ben and Lizzy come together through circumstance. Of course, they only got that way because of the unbridled lust and static attraction that finally!! made Ben give into Lizzy. It took him some time and a lot of coaxing and many interesting and funny text messages between the two. Although, I will say, Ben held out long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At least, we have Mal to thank for that. He literally warned Ben off his new sister-in-law. Making it known she is wearing and iron panty with a heavy duty lock, he, Mal, put their himself. Tooo funny, Mal that is.

Deep was a very different read. Different in that,  the story was easy to relate to, a friendship was created and the attraction and temptation was withheld for quite a period of time. Ben loves his Stage Dive family, but he loves the single life MORE. He can do anything he wants at anytime. Without a thought for anyone but himself. When he finds out Lizzy is preggers, the man hits rock bottom for a while. Until he finally pulls his head out of his behind and goes after what he wants.

“Ben I don’t want to take your freedom.
I just want a place in your world.
An important one.”

This was simply an okay read for me. I felt the emotion and the realness of the situation, however, something was simply missing for me. Maybe it wasn't fierce enough, coupled with Lizzy and Ben's back and forth behaviour exhausted me and started to border on annoying, I seriously got fed up of  "I want you, yet I don't." Then the fact that Lizzy just went along with everything and went on tour and just accepted Ben as the baby daddy and nothing more, when she obviously wanted more and in the beginning she went after what she wanted. It was such a contradiction for me. Must have been the baby hormones.
